Leazes Garth is a well-appointed holiday cottage for up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, situated in the open countryside of the North Pennines in Northumberland.

Accessed via a private track, you enter the large parking area through a five bar gate, with views across the fields to the Allen Valley and beyond

Downstairs you will find:

• A large entrance hall, where you can leave your coats and walking boots

• A spacious open plan full-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, dining area and comfortable seating area with wood burner and Smart TV

• A separate untililty room with separate washing machine and tumble drier, and toilet and sink 

• Down a short corridor is a separate lounge with a second SMART TV, DVD player and coal stove

Upstairs there are:

• A master bedroom overlooking the garden and Allen Valley, with a kingsize bed and an en-suite shower, toilet and basin

• A double bedroom overlooking the garden and Allen Valley

• A double bedroom overlooking the rear garden, with a king size bed that can be split into single beds

• A large bathroom with a separate shower and double vanity sink

Outside is a large garden and patio, with open views across the Allen Valley, and parking for several cars.

Note: The access road is on an incline farm track. Whilst well maintained there are some uneven areas which may be unsuitable for very low slung cars.

Leazes Garth is a no smoking and no pets property. Children must be at least 11 years old.
